There are two puzzles here.
- The first is to get the 2 blue L-shaped pieces together to form a rectangle anywhere inside the frame.
- The second is to form that rectangle in the top right-hand corner of the frame
This was the earliest puzzle to use an L-shaped piece (in 1927).Its name was given because in the original puzzle the two L-shapes were labelled ‘Ma’ and ‘Boy’ respectively and you were required to re-unite Ma with her Boy.Each of the pieces is made up of 1, 2 or 3 squares.
