Y6 How do I set up a Google form?

You are going to set up a Google form to collect data in the form of a questionnaire or a quiz.

1. Think of something you want to find out.
2. Who is the audience for your form?
3. What questions will you ask?
4. Will they be text, number, multiple choice answers?  What other types of questions are there?
5. Will you ask for people’s names or keep it anonymous?  If you ask for names, less people might want to answer.  How will you assure them that their data is confidential?
6. Create your Google form.
